Tod Groman is a native Brooklynite and attended Brooklyn College before starting St. John’s University Law School, where he graduated as a member of its Law Review.
He began his profession with the Kings County D. A. ‘s office as an Assistant District Attorney where he worked in its elite Homicide Bureau.
Tod commenced his practice in personal injury law in 1979, and for over 35 years, has handled various cases including accidents and injuries involving motor vehicle collisions, trips/slips and falls, construction site injuries, premises liability, municipality incidents, and work-related injuries.
As one of the firm’s senior trial lawyers, he is an accomplished litigation attorney, working in pre-trial discovery, depositions, motions, and trials, with strong analytical management, evaluation, and settlement negotiating skills.
